          • Full employment contract under Swedish labor law
          • Health and safety training before farm work begins

          Worker Contributions

          To facilitate travel, insurance, and administration, workers are required to contribute the following before departure:

          • Application & Processing Fee: Covers documentation and verification
          • Medical Examination & Insurance: Ensures fitness for work and full coverage in Sweden
